Dr. Mehmet Arif Karag&ouml;z was born in 1977 in Antalya. He completed his primary and secondary education in Antalya, and then recieved his medical degree from Medical Faculty of Akdeniz University. His specialty training was in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery in Medical Faculty of SDU.
