In order to regulate your blood flow and reduce bruising and swellings, you can put ice or cold pack on the bruising and swelling areas according to you doctor’s advice. • Do not lie down on your breasts (or in a prone position) at least 2 months.
• Don’t stretch your arms and pectoral muscle in first 7 days and don’t lift heavy and drive a vehicle.
